Emergency Comms Unit

April 15, 2021

Neptune Sonar has designed a new underwater emergency communications transducer for submarine platforms.

Another interesting product has been developed. A wideband transducer, designed to cover NATO standard frequencies with the intention to operate as an emergency underwater communications device, specifically for submarine platforms.

Due to this, extremely demanding shock requirements were needed which involved extensive design work.

Once the design was done, rigorous testing at an accredited facility took place to prove the efficacy of the design.
