Pressure Testing
Neptune Sonar is equipped with two hydrostatic pressure vessels and carries out pressure testing on both in-house and customer products to prove the integrity of design requirement at depth.
Each pressure vessel lid has ports, through which electrical connections can be made. An overhead lifting gantry serves to aid removing the pressure vessel lid and lifting any equipment into the vessel.
CHAMBER 1 – MAXIMUM PRESSURE: 1600PSI (110 BAR);
INTERNAL DIMENSIONS: 580 DIA. X 1180MM DEEP.
CHAMBER 2 – MAXIMUM PRESSURE: 6000PSI (414 BAR);
INTERNAL DIMENSIONS: 152 DIA X 605MM DEEP.
