The D/11 spherical transducer is a highly efficient, omni-directional device and is particularly suitable as a broadband noise source or for long range voice and data communications systems. 

The transducer is extremely robust and able to withstand severe levels of underwater explosive shock. 

The D/11 is available with or without acoustic calibration which is traceable to National Standards.
